Payment Policy

Prices include all taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%, plus credit card processing charges. All transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

We reserve the right to upgrade guests to a higher suite when necessary.

Payment is by internet banking or credit card. A credit card capture is made at the time of booking. No charge is made on the credit card until arrival. All payments are handled by a secure, PCI compliant, third party. Warblers Retreat does not store cardholder data.

Cancellation Policy

100% of the total booking price for cancellations within 14 days of arrival date or in the case of non-arrival.

50% of the total booking price for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date

25% of the total booking price for cancellations within 60 days of arrival date

We advise that travel insurance should be taken out, in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Child Policy

Warblers Retreat is a quiet retreat, ideally suited as a destination for couples. Not suitable for toddlers or children under 18. Babies under 6 months are allowed.
